How to use

1. Wash and dry the hands thoroughly. Use a clean dispenser.
2. Pour a small amount of oil onto clean fingertips.
3. From the 34th week of pregnancy, gently massage the perineum for 5–10 minutes, 3–4 times a week.
4. Use circular motions, moving outwards. Stop if any discomfort is felt.
5. Continue use until the birth, or as advised by your midwife.
