Trussardi Uomo 2011 Eau de Toilette 30ml is a refined Italian aromatic-woody fragrance for men, launched in 2011 to mark the 100th anniversary of the house of Trussardi. Composed by master perfumer Aurélien Guichard, it flirts with the classical fougère family but adds the brand's signature leather signature — bergamot, Amalfi lemon, nutmeg and galbanum lift the opening, violet, geranium and clary sage shape an aromatic heart, and the drydown lands on a sophisticated leather, oakmoss and patchouli base.

About Trussardi

Trussardi was founded in Bergamo, Italy in 1911 by Dante Trussardi as a fine leather goods workshop, becoming one of the first Italian fashion houses to dress royalty and aristocracy. The maison's emblematic levrière (Italian greyhound) logo first appeared in the late 1970s and the brand has since expanded into prêt-à-porter, accessories and fragrance — always with leather craftsmanship at the heart of its identity. Uomo 2011 is the centenary tribute to that heritage.

How to use

1. Spray onto clean, moisturised skin from around 15 cm away.
2. Apply to pulse points — neck, throat, behind the ears and inner wrists.
3. Two sprays of an EDT is plenty; reapply mid-afternoon to refresh the citrus opening if desired.
4. For a longer trail in colder weather, mist lightly onto a wool jacket or scarf — natural fibres carry leather fragrances especially well.
